Selena #6700: Gutter change markers disappearing

I've noticed that with the latest Selena EAP, #6700, change markers in the editor gutter are disappearing. I haven't "caught them in the act" yet so I don't know what specifically is causing it.

Anybody else seen this? I'm using CVS.

Yes, I've seen it with Perforce integration too. Also, files that aren't in
Perforce aren't getting colored a different color(I think it's supposed to
be a brown color by default).

Further oddness... A file which has modifications but whose gutter change markers have disappeared, will give the "Contents are identical" result when Show Diff in the Commit Changes window is used. If I make an inconsequential edit to the file, all the correct modifications then show up in the gutter and in the diff.

I had this happen to me again with Selena #6763. One of the files in my changelist was marked as modified but had no gutter marks and the diff in the Commit window said there were only differences in line separators. However, "Compare with Same Repository Version" would show the correct set of differences.

I committed anyway and it seems that the correct set of changes were committed, but it makes me extremely nervous whenever this happens.
