relased bugzilla task plugin

hi  all..

just wanted to let ya'll know i've relased a  (re)new version of the bugzilla task provider, with some major re-writers and zero depdencies (it uses idea's http client) .

i still have some problems as my current testing grounds is bugheaven which seems to keep give me re-directs. but my internal bugzilla repo at my workplace seems to be working fine with it.

would love some feedback, also the source is in sourceforge this time.
