6708 Intention Light Bulbs

Anyone else having an problem with 6708 where the Intention Light Bulbs will not go away?

I have some that will show up, and then when switching between files, they will not go away. And, they are still operational; if you click on them, they will show you the available options for which they were originally generated.

But, they no longer move when scrolling. They just hold their position.
