IDEA is ignoring project inspection settings

Is it just me, or IDEA is completely ignoring project level inspection settings when running Analyze -> Inspect Code? That also seems to affect TW, since every inspection run finishes with a "Build has too many problems" message, even if my project profile only has a couple of inspections turned on.
