feature suggestion

i'd really like to know whether a plugin is compatible with the current eap or if there are problems. it shouldn't be too difficult to extend the current plugin manager/online database to do this by offering a textfield for entering a comment, a checkbox for "yes, works" or "no, broken" and a textpane for showing already given comments.
this way, everyone could get notified, including the author.
