To get information about possible parameters - press Ctrl+P (Meta+P on Mac) when the caret is inside parentheses.

If it is not the answer then I'm afraid I haven't got the question. What does 'nada' mean? The title says about constructors, but the question itself is about method name completion. Screenshot would clarify the question.

Parameter info cannot be selected..
the same way when pressing the dot parameter triggers auto completion which is narrowed as begin to type, the same should happen when i open a bracket a few an object instatiaion
for example:

String s =new String (|this is where Auto complete should open and show the list of construcots ).

First, fixing terms: completion list for constructor/method parameter can't contain constructor/method signatures, it contains values that can be passed as a parameter.

Completion list will appear as soon as you type at least one symbol or if you invoke code completion manually. Personally I usually use 'Smart' code completion for parameters (Ctrl+Shift+Space) because it suggests only those variants that match expected parameter type.

As I understand, you want completion list for parameter to appear as soon as you typed '(' or as soon as you selected constructor/method from completion list. I don't remember if there are any reasons why we haven't implemented it this way. You can open corresponding feature request.
