OS X Mnemonics

Hi
Was wondering if its possible to always show mnemonics in controls in OS X version of IntelliJ?
At the moment (11.1.3 w/Lion) you can only see the mnemonics as you hold down the alt key. I'd like the mnemonic to be always displayed.
I've got the 2 Disable Mnemonic options in Idea Settings Appearance as off.
