What exactly do you mean by "gone"? Did the item from the "Search" menu disappear?

it dissappeared from:
the search menue
my macro that used it (double click = highlight search word) doesn't work anymore
i can't find it in the keymap settings

Please try removing all third-party plugins. We most definitely did not remove
the feature from the product.

I have a shift-click = highlight search word macro and it still works.

problem solved, the hotkey changed itself due to a crash (the default setting was used)
however, the menue item is kind of hidden. it's just a few pixels high. (see attachment). this happened on 2 different computers, build 6112 and 6117

Have you tried removing all third-party plugins?
