CVS Problem in Build 6103

We have a file directly below the content root of our Java Module, where the edit command gives the following error:

Error:cvs : Root must be an absolute pathname

(real names replaced)

Later, after doing changes in the file, commit causes IntelliJ to not giving back control to the user (cvs dialog stays open) and a cvs.exe background task remains running.

Doing the same process with SmartCVS (edit, change, commit) is without problems.

The other files below content root (these are our Ant build files) show the same problem, whereas files deeper in the project hierarchy work out OK.

Any idea what's going on here? Bug in Build 6103?

I post in this forum, because CVS EAP seems to have almost no traffic.

Thanks and kind regards

Additional note: The problem occurs also in the previous build 6094.
