In your Tomcat run configuration check the "Deployment" tab make sure you have your artifact is in the list of things to be deployed at startup.

Exploded war file on his place)
In Windows 7 problem solved by using tomcat 7 instead of 6.
But problem still appear in Ubuntu with 6 and 7 version of Tomcat...

Still dont know what is it...

Hello,

With both Tomcat 6 and 7, IDEA triggers Tomcat deployment process by creating deployment descriptor files.
In the case you've described with Tomcat output, the descriptor file should be located under path
C:\Users\username\.IntelliJIdea11\system\tomcat\Unnamed_webapp\conf\Catalina\localhost\<context>.xml

<context> is the application context path specified on the deployment tab of the run configuration, or 'ROOT' if default '/' path was left.

First, verify if the descriptor file exists. I expect it does, since IDEA would report errors otherwise.
If the file exist, this would mean Tomcat ignores it for some reason.
The simplest thing you may do is to pack and attach here (or in new created YouTrack) the whole directory under C:\Users\username\.IntelliJIdea11\system\tomcat\Unnamed_webapp.
Also, please attach IDEA logs, which could be found at Main menu -> Help -> Reveal Log in Explorer.

You may also try the IDEA 12 EAP, since Tomcat deployment workflow had been comletely redone for a new release.

Regards,
Michael
