Error copying file on project open

I work with build 6068.
When i tried to open my project, i got this error message(see attached file):

*Cannot copy D:\views.dat\BoazVioletS\Qsnap\Qext\IntelliJ\src_javac2.zip to D:\views.dat\BoazVioletS\Qsnap\Qext\IntelliJ\src_javac2.zip.
D:\views.dat\BoazVioletS\Qsnap\Qext\IntelliJ\src_javac2.zip (Access is denied).*

in idea.properties:
idea.jars.nocopy=false

The sequence that cause this error:
1. I deleted my cache.
2 Modified some jars on my view (among them the one in the error message).
3. I tried to open my project.

Why did i get this error ?
Is intelliJ trying to copy a file to itself ?or maybe it try to copy it to cache and message is misleading ?
