Node.js Development with IDEA 11 or WebStorm 4 ?

Hello,
i want to develop a Node.js Application, is there a difference between IDEA 11 + Node.js Plugin and WebStorm 4 ? I own a license for IDEA and i am not sure if i need WebStorm.

There are some differences in the project configuration and other small details, but the functionality is the same.

What about features like Debugging, Code Completion, JavaScript Unit Testing and Refactoring, are the same from WebStorm available in IDEA 11 ?
