Watches on some issues not emailing
I've noticed some issues (not all) I have watches on are not emailing me when the issue gets a post. For example:

How long has this been a silent problem and when will it get fixed?

This happens once in a while and usually gets fixed pretty quickly, but some
notifications do get missed. The notifications should be working correctly
right now.
We're working on better detection and handling of this problem.
