Sourcesafe project not found (VcsException, Could not start process) Follow

Hi,

I'm getting VcsException if the Sourcesafe project is not found (e.g. when not connected to the net). Also a popup is shown as attached.

This also happens on a new Web project, where I have not defined any SS project yet.
