Is Mozilla Preview supposed to work on Mac OS X?

Since several beta releases of IDEA 6 I'm trying to install and use the Mozilla Preview without success. With the latest build 5706 IDEA stalls after downloading the plugin. Previous builds did install the plugin but the preview never displays anything. Just wondering...

What about a Safari/WebKit plugin for Mac OS X? There is a nice demo that shows how to embed WebKit into Java apps using JNI technology.

After "Force Quit" of IDEA it stalls again when trying to display HTML.

I have had Mozilla Preview work on previous builds of Mac OS X, but in this build it stalls on download, and after restarting I am no longer able to view HTML files at all. Major showstopper, guys.
