5661 suversion authorization failed

I uninstalled previous versions of IntelliJ before installing 5661.
I checked out a svn repository, but I can't commit because I get the svn 170001 Authorization failure. In previous versions the first time I committed a file a dialog box popped up asking for the svn user/password. i did not get it this time.
Am I ommiting a step or is this an omission in this build?
