Code completion question

I'm trying to get the code completion popup to list non-imported classes. The popup only displays classes I have imported with Ctrl-Space. I need it to list all classes that start with said characters, not just the one currently imported. I honestly don't remember this being the default behavior in past releases but maybe I missed something or this might be a bug. Thanks.
