IDEA vs Storms comparison?

Is there somewhere a comparison between the JS and PHP functionality in WebStorm and PHPStorm vs the JS and PHP support in IDEA Ultimate?

If I was to get IDEA Ultimate, is there any reason to need WebStorm or PHPStorm?  Or the other way around, are there JS or PHP features in Ultimate that the 'Storm's don't have?

I'm also curious about whether the Storms are built from the same codebases as Ultimate -- if yes, that gives some confidence that problems encountered and solved in one will also be solved in the other.

Thanks,

All of our products are built from the same codebase. The only JS-related features missing in IntelliJ IDEA are those that depend on the alternate project creation and configuration mechanism used by our smaller IDEs (such as bootstrap templates when creating a new project).
