Problem with HotSwap

I've got a problem with HotSwap in Linux. I use Mustang for debug, because the bug with "sloooow debug" is corrected there.

From sometime (I try to use latest Mustang build/EAP build) the HotSwap became veeeery slow. I can't try Java5, because it's slow everywhere, not only in hotswap.

I can't understand, if it is a JDK or Idea problem. Can anybody help me with this? Do anybody have such problems?
