refactor->copy(F5) HTML file to VM change chinese character to ?

Hey,
I'm using Demetra #5383, I've bumped into this problem recently:
I'm transforming static chinese html webpages into velocity pages.
When I use the IDEA Refactor->Copy function to copy the original HTML file into a VM one, the resulting file has all the chinese character transformed into '?'.

I believe this has nothing to do with the file extension, didn't test it though.

It works well using simple edito like Ultraedit, no big deal for me, just wanted to let you know.

best,
