'synchronize' files does not work -Demetra 5680

- My project files are clearcase snapshot view.
- I'm doing a lot of changes outside Demetra (when it closed)
- When i **REOPEN* demetra it does detect my changes.
- Pressing 'syncronize' does not work.
- Chosing 'syncronize' on sepcific rule also does not work.

I can live with the fact hat it does not detect my changes.
But how can i force it to syncronize/refresh all files.

Currently i need to delete cache.

Please your advice.
