code formatting issuses

Do you have any ideas when the 'blank lines removed' code formatting issue will be resolved:
http://www.jetbrains.net/jira/browse/IDEA-7761

Currently, reformatting an entire file is not possible without the files being changed, i.e. blank lines in front of a comment being removed.

We are working on this issue, and hopefully will be able to fix it by next EAP.
