Performance Hints?

I've been using a slightly older EAP because the newer versions seem to take a long time to synchronize files each time I switch applications. Are there any settings I could make to help (other than turning synchronization off entirely)?

No, there are no such settings. If you could take a snapshot of a long synchronization operation, that would greatly help me pin the bug.

I agree. Everyone here is complaining about 5261's performance problems.

What would you like me to do, specificly? Are you looking for a memory snap shot before or after a syncronization? Or a CPU snapshot durring the sync? Should I attach the files to a new bug report, or to this forum?

I would create a new Performance defect and attach a CPU snapshot.
