Productivity Guide - missing features?

I'm trying to leverage the information provided by the "Productivity Guide".

Reading the help for the Productivity guide refers to things like:

Checkboxes to define when "Tips of the Day" should display (like during compilation)
Average Usage frequency Column

Is there something missing from IDEA 11.0.2? Or am I misunderstanding the help?

Both of the features have been removed, but unfortunately the help wasn't updated. We''ll fix that.
