Unused symbol inspection sometimes doesn't work "on the fly"

I found that in IDEA build 5175 and 5181, sometimes Unused symbol inspection doesn't work "on the fly".

After finished to edit class, I saved it, recompiled project, closed it and reopened it, closed IDEA and reopened it, but this inspection doesn't not turn off.
