server.xml Engine name other than 'Catalina'

IntelliJ IDEA 10.5.2

My Tomcat server.xml defines an Engine and specifies its name as 'MyEngine'.  It seems IntelliJ isn't respecting this.  It puts the ROOT.xml file under 'Catalina' and NOT under 'MyEngine'.

.IntelliJIdea10/system/tomcat/Unnamed_MyProject/conf/Catalina/localhost/ROOT.xml

.IntelliJIdea10/system/tomcat/Unnamed_MyProject/conf/MyEngine/localhost/

As a result my Web application never gets deployed when I run Tomcat in IntelliJ.

Is there a way to get IntelliJ to respect the Engine name and put the ROOT.xml file in the correct location?

Thanks!

Currently IDEA always put context files under 'Catalina' directory. Could you please create an issue in our tracker
(http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issues/IDEA) about this?
