Love the project view scope filtering...

This is indeed work in progress yet but your suggestions are welcome even
if not JIRAed but just listed in forum topic.

but I'll probably love it a lot more if it didn't have so many
glitches. First and foremost is the fact that scope views lose their
open-close status when you leave them, defaulting to everything
closed. Second is that the view settings are different between the
project view and the scope-filtered views. Third is that many of the
settings work differently between the modes, and nodes are rendered
differently. and, and, and...

Should I just assume this is in progress, or do you want fifteen
different JIRA entries related to this?
