CVS Issue in 5.1

I have a strange CVS issue in 5.1 after installing it last night.

I use TortoiseCVS to get the lastest code from our repository. I just got latest this morning and in IDEA, all the files that were updated are marked with the blue modified color. They also don't include any of the new code. The files on disk do include the updates. If I do a CVS Update from within IDEA on the files, IDEA tells me the files are "Up to date". If I force IDEA to get the clean copy, then it works.

Any ideas? Known issue? Hopefully a quick fix coming?
