Sharing global Databases, Code Format & Inspection Profile

Hi,

it's  been quite some years now that I've been trying to easily share
globally the database configuration, the Code Format.

These 3 configurations can be shared, but only within a project scope.

Typically, the Code Format generally applies to all project within an
organisation.
With the actual system, to be able to achieve this, we have to do the
manual mecanic of copying the project shared format to a global format,
then update each every project shared format with it by opening
projects and copying back global to project.

This applies also to Databases configurations and Inspection Profiles.

Since IDEA 11 has come out, I was wondering what was the status on
these issues.

Is there any easier way to maintain these configurations globally
within an organisation without having to update each every project
manually??
