Structure tab and Drag and Drop (again)

Drag and Drop C'mon guys, it's now the beginning of version 6 of IDEA
where is drag and drop support for files. I am not even talking about
something as potentially complex as refactoring I am simply talking
about dropping a file on the IntelliJ window and having it perform a
File->Open File... functionality. Please add this. It is desired by
many people.
