Build 4137 frequently hangs

Yesterday I downloaded and installed build 4137 and have been experiencing frequent IDE lockups (the IDE become completely unresponsive) that last for 30 seconds to a minute. Durring that time there is no indication of what Idea is doing. The problem happens on OS X (10.4.4) and on Windows (NT 2000) with build 4137. Build 4125, which is the build I was running prior to installing 4137, did not have this problem.
