Is there comprehensive documentation for modules anywhere? I've never used
them before and am trying to figure them out. They don't seem to be
behaving the way I'd assume.

I found my problem, I was creating the wrong module type. I guess it goes
without saying that IDEA docs are, uh, lacking.
