Doesn't like having the output path be in the exploded directory

We normally have our project output path be in the exploded directory.
This used to work fine, but now we are getting an error message. When
did this change happen? Is there anyway to undo it. What is the point
of building the files in one location, just to copy them to another
location?

This is new in Irida it will automatically copy the output dir to the
exploded dir. So just change the location of the output dir where you
compile your classes.

I did this change and it actually made sense, as now the module is self
contained and deploys for development purposes through the exploded
directory.

I think this error fix cleaned up our project.

Yes and it also gets rid of the weird "Module does not have either an
exploded directory or war file setup" when it really did :)

Is definitely cleaner.

Hello Robert,

I don't know what I am doing wrong but the exploded directory does not classes
directory... any tips?

http://www.jetbrains.net/jira/browse/IDEA-3341 (Caution: Jira crashes on
accessing this URL, hopefully they would have fixed it by this time).

Thanks,

Finally figured it out...

Starting with blank/new set of Options/Config directory did the trick, now
it is wokring to work as expected.

hi

i had the same problem and i think this requirement is realy bad. i have a gui+web application - both sharing the same code base. now i have to depend the gui code onto the web app so that it works!?

i think the old way was cleaner.
