RFE: Use layout from current window

There are times when I open several projects in several windows and I
find myself wanting to tweak the layout of one window and apply it to
the other windows.

I know that theoretically I can do that by saving the layout as the
default and then restoring it in the other windows but a menu item to
apply the layout (without stomping the default) to the other windows
would be useful.
