When I compile code created in IntelliJ outside of IntelliJ with
javac.exe I get reams of "warning - @noinspection is an unknown tag.
I found I could get rid of complaints about @Nullable and @NotNull by
including F:\Program Files (x86)\JetBrains\IntelliJ IDEA
10.5.2\redist\annotations.jar in my JDK ext directory.
Is there something equivalent to silence the @noinspection warnings?
