context-menu does not appear at mouse pointer location

Dear all,

Running IntelliJ Ultimate 10.5.2, #IU-107.587 with JDK 1.7.0 on a machine running Fedora 15/KDE 4.6.5 I have the following problem:

If I right-click somewhere, where I get a context menu, the context-menu does not appear at my mouse pointer location. Instead, the menu appears
much higher. So high that I cannot read the first few options of the menu, but I can still see the last few entries.
It does align with my mouse pointer horizontally, but not vertically.

For example, if I right click on a file tab - on the file name, the first menu option I see is "Split vertically", while I'm sure I used to have a "Close all" options in that menu.
This is quite annoying. Has anyone seen this before, or knows any workaround? Restarting my machine did not help.

Pop-ups, such as File -> New project, are also not centered on the screen, but aligned to the top with a too small height.
Those are not really a problem as I can resize and move them (the window header title bar is aligned to the top of the display, not outside of it).

Thanks,
Jonne.

Don't you have, by a chance, a multi-monitor configuration?
Could you please also try on a Sun JDK 1.6?

Yes, I have two monitors where the problem occurred.
I'll try with Sun JDK 1.6 as well tomorrow.

Thanks,
Jonne.

You're probably affected by IDEA-74679.
