Problem resolution in inspections don't work....

After running inspections over my code, I see 7 items listed under
'redundant throws clause' and I'm presented with a problem resolution of
'remove unnecessary throws declarations'.

However, clicking on this link DOESN'T remove the declaration. However,
if I select the actual reference/method under the inspection tree, the
link DOES work.

This isn't localised to this inspection, its just an example. Some time
ago I used to be able to happily click the resolution link repeatadly
(this does work if theres multiple inspection issues for a single class).

is this a known issue? configuration setting?
