Caret problems in 3436

Under some circumstances the caret is showing at a position, but the
editing takes place at another position.

I opened a jira issue for JSP editing (
http://www.jetbrains.net/jira/browse/IDEA-4205 ) but I just saw the bug
for Java editing also. Is there a jira issue for this problem on java
editing?
