Pop-Up Menus Offscreen on MacOS X 10.4.2 / RC 3

When right-clicking to show a pop-up menu, the first item in the list is drawn offscreen.

Right-click on a method or member toward the top of a window and look for the "refactor" item.

I'm using MacOS 10.4.2, JDK 1.4.2_07, Idea 3425 / RC 3.
