RC Status and unresolved bugs

Tere are still 3 unresolved bugs that i have reported against the EAP. They are IDEA-2508, IDEA-2510 and IDEA-3566 (there is alos IDEA-3581, but that is a duplicate of IDEA-3566). Are these going to get fixed before you release 5.0?

As for ant problems we going to look at them before release. But they
are not of stopship priority that's why we release rc with them.

Only one of those bugs has been fixed, and two of the remining ones ar VERY annoying because I cannot do any cvs diffs with previous CVS versions. Any idea when they will be fixed?

Can someone from JetBrains respond to this please. These bugs were submitted before RC1. We are now on RC4 and there has been no feedback as to when these will be fixed.

I can confirm completion is faster... at least when it comes to popping
up the choices for completion. hitting enter to complete what you type
takes a few seconds, I don't have any feedback on this one, and the
enter key problem which lingers was blamed on the apple screen redraw.
I was told to try out the jetbrains l&f, and low and behold it's the
same problem. It doen't matter which l&f I use, I have the same problem
over and over. I was asked to slow down the parsing, I did down to 1
second, but same problem.

I sent in cpu snapshots again, but it's looking less and less like it's
going to make a diff. I don't understand where the problem is coming
from, but I also don't think it's anything to do with the Apple JDK. :\

So in all JSP editing is still so jittery that I just edit my jsps in
either a text editor like TextWrangler, or Netbeans :\
