file watching

does idea 3425 contain the fix that caused the filewatcher
to not look into network drives?

for sure, #3425 looks into my S: drive, that is going
over very slow network connection and it horribly slows
down everything again.

S: does not appear in any of my .iml, .ipr or .iws

is there any other reason why IDEA would want to look into S:? (and trying to scan basically the whole directory hierarchy, according to Filemon...)
