I've been thinking about this kind of thing but
priorities currently are tight for the release.

IMHO this would be very useful for developers - to be able to convince
their colleagues. The Training section on your site is very nice an good
for those who want to study on their own, but for 'live shows' in the
coffee break, a SourceCodeBasedFeatureTour is the best strategy.
Besides, if the most of developers in the team are convinced and will
want an IntelliJ license, than the boss will give way ;).

This strategy worked the best in all the teams I was before Going alone
to boss and asking for an IntelliJ license didn't worked so well :)(only
in 20% of the cases :) ).
