IDEA 3408 crashes bundles JVM

Didn't hs_err_ file appear in $IDEA_HOME/bin?

IDEA 3408 crashes the bundled JVM.
I was just running my program (no native code)
and the IDEA window disappears. I don't get any errors.
How do I report this?
Is there somewhere I can get debug info from IDEA when the JVM crashes?
It has happened more than once.
