Large files as plain text feature

I was just looking at this feature of the new build:

* Editor. Ability to treat large files as plain text files (see 'idea.max.intellisense.filesize' in 'idea.vmoptions' file)

It seems a strange option to add to idea.vmoptions. Why not add it to the configuration screens?

BTW, just noticed how the little man icon turns his back on you when you turn highlighting off. Cute. :)
