XML Color settings not saved

Hi,

In build 3397, to reproduce:
1. Create a new scheme, from the default scheme
2. Change the background of tags (I simply unchecked the "Background" check box)
3. Click OK/Apply
4. All is well.
5. Restart IDEA
6. Tags' background is BACK :)
