You should checkout the new Resolve Conflict... menu item when you have a conflict ;) svn is coming up on par with cvs now... slowly but surely.
So, how's general SVN support right now (besides an occasional exception)? Last thing I heard was that it's not really ready for prime time yet. That kept me from switching my repositories.
Heh, that's because I've been doing my best trying to test the new svn plugin, which I think most folks have not noticed yet.
Oh, don't get me wrong. I'd love to test the svn plugin, but my environment isn't helping. I'm stuck with CVS at work with no plans to change it, and I'm using darcs at home. Maybe I should get into an open source project that uses svn so I could experiment with it, hmm...
subversion itself has been on our project with over 20gigs of data for the last 7 months and performing like a champ. I also have it on all other projects I work on.
the plugin is definitely getting there. The issues with today's plugin are being worked on, so the next eap build will hopefully nail it.

Did the situation improve since then?

No, what you should do is write a darcs plugin :p
