Per-file inspection management

This is a message to Hector, Clouseau and all other inspectors wherever
they may be... :)

I think that the "Reset all per file customizations" button is not
enough for effective per file inspection customization.

I suggest using a dialog similar to other instance-management dialogs so
that one can get a snapshot of the customizations rather than blindly
reset them.

If that already exists, how do I access it?
