3392 Bad JSP kills editor redraw

I had this problem. I deleted my caches and .iws file. It was still
there. It eventually fixed itself after enough shutdown/startups.

I attached a file that causes this problem there, but just a heads up:
it's awful code, so I'm not sure which of the many problems with it
cause the exception.
