Colors & Fonts for properties

Currently I have set properties comments to be non-italic within IDEA. However, when I open a properties file, the lines starting with "#" remain italicized. I went through every other file type and removed the italics checkmark -- however, the italics remain.

I'm using build #3386 on a Linux system.

Incidentally, should I post such bugs on this forum? I have created a JIRA account, but lack sufficient privilege to post a new issue in IDEA development. I'd like to comply with any policy you have.
