How to install intellij IDEA

Hello rasanga,

Please download IntelliJ IDEA from the official Web site at http://www.jetbrains.com/
and not from illegal warez sites.

i have downloade the intellij IDEA 10.5.it's downloaded as a rar
format.afrer extacted it also included more rar files.so i could't
find a method to install it.plz any one can help me to get rid of this
problem.:(
